Hexarelin
Six-amino acid GHRP analog with cardiovascular activity beyond GH release.
Strongest GH spike of the GHRP class but with notable receptor desensitization on chronic use. Cardioprotective signaling via CD36 distinct from ghrelin receptor. Less common in current stacks due to tachyphylaxis.
Tachyphylaxis is real — efficacy drops with continued use. Cardiac effects deserve monitoring.
His-D-2-MeTrp-Ala-Trp-D-Phe-Lys-NH₂. Methylated tryptophan distinguishes from GHRP-6.
Per-claim grading. Each claim is graded independently — same peptide, different claims can carry different grades.
