HCG
Human chorionic gonadotropin. LH-mimetic — stimulates testicular Leydig cells to produce testosterone. Used clinically in fertility and TRT-axis preservation.
FDA-approved as Pregnyl, Novarel, Ovidrel for fertility and pediatric cryptorchidism. Off-label use during testosterone replacement therapy to maintain testicular size and intratesticular testosterone (fertility preservation). Compounded versions are common; brand products are expensive.
Compounded HCG quality varies; verify pharmacy. False positives on home pregnancy tests are real. TRT-axis use should be supervised by a physician with bloodwork.
Per-claim grading. Each claim is graded independently — same peptide, different claims can carry different grades.
